Overview

Concya Labs Inc. ("Concya," "we," "us," or "our") builds operational systems for hospitality teams. Those systems work only when everyone using them can trust the information, channels, and people involved.

This Code of Conduct describes the behavior expected from customers, guests, partners, contributors, vendors, community members, and anyone else interacting with Concya services or Concya-managed spaces.

Scope

This Code applies to conduct in connection with:

  • Concya websites, dashboards, APIs, voice systems, messaging channels, and connected integrations
  • Support conversations, onboarding, sales, billing, and operational communications
  • Concya-managed communities, events, open-source spaces, feedback channels, and social channels
  • Interactions involving venues, guests, contractors, partners, service providers, or Concya staff

Expected conduct

  • Treat hospitality teams, guests, partners, contractors, and Concya staff with professionalism and respect.
  • Use Concya services honestly, with accurate business information, menus, pricing, availability, and operating rules.
  • Protect private, confidential, and sensitive information, especially guest data, payment details, account credentials, and call content.
  • Follow applicable laws, regulations, platform rules, and venue policies when using voice, messaging, payment, reservation, and connected-operations features.
  • Report suspected bugs, abuse, security issues, or harmful behavior through the proper support or legal channels.

Unacceptable conduct

  • Harassment, discrimination, threats, intimidation, hate speech, or abusive conduct directed at any person or group.
  • Impersonation, deceptive business listings, false reservations, fake reviews, spam, unsolicited marketing, or manipulation of Concya systems.
  • Attempts to access accounts, data, infrastructure, integrations, or venues without authorization.
  • Sharing private recordings, transcripts, guest details, or operational data without appropriate permission.
  • Using Concya services to facilitate illegal activity, unsafe operations, fraud, payment abuse, or conduct that harms guests, venues, workers, or partners.

Voice, messaging, and AI systems

Concya services may answer calls, send messages, process reservations, summarize conversations, or operate with connected business systems. Users are responsible for keeping their business rules, menus, availability, and instructions accurate, lawful, and safe.

Do not use Concya systems to mislead guests, bypass consent requirements, conceal recordings, create deceptive communications, or automate conduct that would be unacceptable if performed by a person.

Reporting

If you experience or observe conduct that may violate this Code, contact legal@concya.com. Include the relevant account, venue, channel, date, screenshots, messages, call details, or other context that can help us review the report.

For privacy-specific questions, contact privacy@concya.com. For product support, use the contact options available in the relevant Concya service.

Enforcement

Concya may review reports, investigate suspected violations, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate access, notify affected parties, or take other action we consider appropriate. Serious conduct may be reported to platform providers, payment partners, law enforcement, regulators, or other relevant authorities.

We may also act when conduct outside Concya-owned spaces creates a material safety, trust, legal, or operational risk for Concya, our users, venues, partners, or guests.

Updates

We may update this Code from time to time as our products, integrations, policies, and communities evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.
