Your house, run around the clock
Calls, texts, shift coverage, vendors, and guest recovery for restaurant, hotel, and property groups. Concya runs them so you can run the floor.
Runs on the stack you already have
We run the operations.

Reservations & front desk
Concya reads the booking system you run and works from it: who arrives tonight, which room is ready, what the guest asked for last time. Bookings move without a manager on the phone.

Floor, kitchen & vendors
An 86 reaches the POS and the delivery apps. A broken walk-in or a leak in 204 becomes an incident, a vendor call, and a booked visit once you approve.

Frequently asked
questions
What Concya runs, how it works with your team, and what it costs.
What is Concya Concierge?
Concya is an autonomous concierge for restaurant, hotel, and property groups. It answers calls and texts, covers shifts, coordinates vendors, and recovers guests, and it texts you when a decision needs a manager.
How is it different from an answering service or a virtual assistant?
An answering service takes a message. Concya reads your POS, PMS, and payroll, finishes the work, and keeps a record of it. It runs every hour of the year and never needs training on a new hire.
Which channels does it cover?
Phone calls, iMessage, WhatsApp, and email through Gmail or Outlook. Guests reach it the way they already reach you, and you run it by text.
Does it work with my POS or PMS?
Concya has 40 live integrations today, including Square, Toast, Clover, Mews, Cloudbeds, and Hostaway. The integrations page lists every system and whether it is live, mapped, or on the roadmap. See every integration.
What will it do without asking me?
It answers questions and handles routine guest requests on its own. Anything that spends money, contacts a vendor, messages staff, or changes a schedule waits for your YES.
How much does it cost?
Restaurants: $500/mo per location. Hotels: $750/mo per hotel. Property management: $5/mo per unit, $250 minimum. Vacation rentals: $35/mo per home, $250 minimum. Short-term rentals: $25/mo per listing, $250 minimum. No group fee, and every plan includes every feature.
Which kinds of venue is it for?
Restaurant groups, hotel groups, and property groups, including vacation rentals and short-term rental portfolios.
