Built by operators
Concya is built in New York by people who have run floors and built systems. We have lived the 86 list at 7pm, the no-show on a Saturday, and the vendor who never called back. We are hiring.
About
Concya is the autonomous general manager for hospitality. It runs the house so operators can run the floor. Built in New York.
The problem
Hospitality operators are drowning in tabs. POS, PMS, reservations, delivery apps, review sites, staff group chats. The general manager is supposed to hold it all together, but the tools do not talk to each other. Every handoff loses context, and the human in the middle pays for it in missed calls, broken shifts, and guests who never hear back.
The solution
Concya is one operating layer that connects to everything in the house. It answers calls, texts guests, coordinates vendors, finds shift coverage, and keeps the context between every handoff. It is not a chatbot. It is an agent that takes action, writes the result back into house memory, and escalates to the manager only when the decision is actually theirs to make.
Team & principles
Concya is built by operators and engineers who have run floors and built systems. The product is shaped by one principle: the operator stays in control.

Concya only acts within the permissions you set. Every action is logged, every decision is traceable, and the manager approves anything that actually moves money or the schedule.
Concya is not another dashboard to check. It connects to the POS, the PMS, the reservation book, and the staff group chat, then works inside the channels you already use.
