What does Concya cost?

Restaurants: $500/mo per location. Hotels: $750/mo per hotel. Property management: $5/mo per unit, $250 minimum. Vacation rentals: $35/mo per home, $250 minimum. Short-term rentals: $25/mo per listing, $250 minimum. There is no group fee.

Is there a group fee?

No. You pay for each venue at its own price, on one bill. A group can mix restaurants, hotels, and rental properties.

Is there yearly billing?

Not yet. Every plan bills monthly, and you can add or remove venues and units anytime.

Is there a smaller plan?

No. Every venue gets the full feature set. The only variables are which venues you run and how many.

How do you count units?

You enter your count when you check out. Once your PMS is connected we check it against the count there, and you can add or remove units anytime.
