Build on Concya.

Concya is the autonomous general manager for hospitality - it answers calls, handles texts, finds shift coverage, and coordinates vendors. These APIs give you that operation programmatically, plus a protocol that lets any AI agent transact with a real venue.

concya/0.1 - the venue-side door for the agentic internet. A personal AI calls Concya; Concya answers on the venue’s behalf.

Changelog

What shipped, latest first.

Quickstart

A live venue in three moves.

Venue quickstart

From signup to an agent-callable house.

  1. 01

    Claim your venue

    Sign in at concya.com, finish onboarding, and your house goes live on the protocol with its own handle.

  2. 02

    Connect the stack

    Attach POS, reservations, delivery, and messaging from the Integrations catalog so the agent answers with real context.

  3. 03

    Ask the house

    Call venue.ask over REST, A2A, or MCP - the same context and gates the phone line already uses.

Your first call

curl -X POST \
  https://concya.com/api/protocol/v/demo/call \
  -H 'Content-Type: application/json' \
  -d '{
    "protocol": "concya/0.1",
    "method": "venue.ask",
    "params": { "question": "Do you have a table for two at 7?" },
    "id": "req_1"
  }'

The demo handle runs every method keyless. On a real venue, venue.ask and booking.* need a key - venue.search, venue.profile, and availability.check are public.

Platform API

The dashboard, as an API.

Every screen in the Concya dashboard is backed by the same REST surface under /api. Access rides on your venue account - sign in, then call what the operator sees.

OrdersPickup orders, status changes, guest details, and source-specific history.
InboxCalls, texts, and threads across every guest channel in one mailbox.
EmployeesRoster, availability, call-outs, and shift coverage workflows.
MenuMenu, 86s, and the AI menu scanner pipeline.
ForecastDemand and revenue projections the GM plans against.

Concya Protocol

concya/0.1 - the venue-side door.

A personal AI agent that wants to transact with the physical world talks to Concya; Concya answers on the venue’s behalf with the same context and gates the phone line already uses. REST, A2A-style JSON-RPC, and MCP transports over one method set.

venue.searchSearch live venues across the network. Public.
venue.profileGuest-safe venue profile from the same aggregate the storefront reads. Public.
venue.askNatural-language answers, grounded in house context. Keyed.
availability.checkCheck bookable availability. Public.
booking.holdPlace a hold on a reservation. Keyed.
booking.statusPoll a pending booking. Keyed.
booking.cancelCancel a held or confirmed booking. Keyed.

OpenAPI spec

The machine-readable contract for every protocol surface.

Open

Agent card

A2A-style discovery document for the Concya network.

Open

Venue directory

Human-readable search over every live venue on the protocol.

Open

MCP

The protocol, over MCP.

Point any MCP-compatible client at a Concya transport and the venue becomes a tool your agent can call - no custom plumbing.

POST /api/protocol/mcpNetwork scope - discovery across every live venue.
POST /api/protocol/v/[handle]/mcpPer-venue scope - the house as a single tool surface.
POST /api/mcpConcya app MCP - operator-side tools for the dashboard.

Concya is an autonomous general manager for restaurants and hotels. It connects to your POS, PMS, reservations, and delivery apps so your team can focus on guests instead of tabs. Operators stay in control - Concya only acts within the permissions you set. Built in New York, built for operators.
